Membership Options
Membership is broken into three basic categories:
1. Corporate Property Management Member - A Company or Organization which owns or manages Commercial Property in the Territory, to be equal to or in excess of
- C0-CORPORATE - 50,000 square feet (4,645 square meters) to 500,000 square feet (46,450 square meters)
- C1-CORPORATE - 500,000 square feet (46,450 square meters) to 1,000,000 square feet (92,900 square meters)
- C2-CORPORATE - 1,000,000 square feet (92,900 square meters) or greater
2. Residential Member - A Company or Organization who does not otherwise qualify as a Corporate Member, and which owns or manages Residential Property in the Territory, comprised, in the aggregate, of not less than 50,000 square feet (4,645 square meters).
3. Allied Service Provider Member - A Company or Organization that provides products and/or services to the Commercial Property industry.
