Membership Options
Membership is broken into three basic categories:
1. Corporate Property Management Member - A Company or Organization which owns or manages Commercial Property in the Territory, to be equal to or in excess of
- C0-CORPORATE - 50,000 square feet (4,645 square meters) to 500,000 square feet (46,450 square meters)
- C1-CORPORATE - 500,000 square feet (46,450 square meters) to 1,000,000 square feet (92,900 square meters)
- C2-CORPORATE - 1,000,000 square feet (92,900 square meters) or greater
2. Allied Service Provider Member - A Company or Organization that provides products and/or services to the Commercial Property industry.
3. Residential Member - A Company or Organization who does not otherwise qualify as a Corporate Member, and which owns or manages Residential Property in the Territory, comprised, in the aggregate, of not less than 50,000 square feet (4,645 square meters).
