BOMA BEST® Program

The building industry is increasingly focused on conserving resources, reducing energy consumption, managing waste, and minimizing carbon emissions. As environmental regulations evolve, building owners and managers have an opportunity to demonstrate leadership through proactive environmental management.

Launched in 2005, BOMA BEST® is a national green building certification program that establishes practical, independently verified standards for the environmental performance of existing buildings. Certification helps buildings attract and retain tenants while improving operational efficiency and reducing costs.
