Membership Categories
Membership is broken into three basic categories:
- Corporate Property Management Member - A Company or Organization which owns or manages Commercial Property in the Territory, to be equal to or in excess of 50,000 square feet (4,645 square meters) or, if less than 50,000 square feet (4,645 square meters), the building must be leased out for Commercial purposes. The portfolio size of the company determines the specific category and the number of persons who can access the members servers. For more information contact the BOMA Office.
- Corporate Residential Member - A Company or Organization who does not otherwise qualify as a Corporate Member, and which owns or manages Residential Property in the Territory, comprised, in the aggregate, of not less than 50,000 square feet (4,645 square meters).
- Allied Service Provider Member - A Company or Organization that provides products and/or services to the Commercial Property industry.
BOMA allows additional membership categories for students, retired professionals, or former members in transition.
