The commercial real estate industry gathered on May 13 for the 2026 BOMA Ottawa Celebration of Excellence Industry Lunch, recognizing the people, buildings, and organizations shaping Ottawa's skyline and advancing industry standards.
 
The event brought together property owners, managers, service providers, and industry leaders in recognition of the Pinnacle, TOBY (The Office Building of the Year) and Emerging Leader. Together they celebrated excellence in building operations, customer service, innovation, and leadership across Ottawa's commercial real estate sector.

Throughout the luncheon the 2026 award winners were announced, each of whom can go on to represent Ottawa nationally at BOMEX 2026 when Canada's commercial real estate industry gathers in Ottawa for BOMA's national conference and awards competition.
